Nice to see yr photo and hear yr news! Right now I'm in a hot shack with an insufficent fan, on the side of the tropical backwater opposite the ashram of "the hugging saint" Ammachi, in Kerala, India. My own guru has ordered a house to be built for me in the next state, of Tamil Nadu, where he asked me to go and live: so much for my retirement! 4 years ago my psychiatrist declared that I had healed my split-personality (manic-depression) and my doctor stopped my tegratol 2 years ago. Facing my inner pain - square on - has not been easy, especially as the cause of it is not something that any psychiatrist was ever willing to discuss with me (for they consider this kind of conversation as a catalyst for further psychotic relapses). I must say I'm now happy to leave my efforts to seek their help behind me, because they are a breed apart, and chained to the allopathic medical model! Good luck, Joe, anyway... take care!!!

Hope all is well with you - I'm back at work now after maternity leave and it would be great to see you - Amelia is now 9 months old!! We have some art and soul workshop coming up soon - it would be great to see you if you can pop by sometime
